Documents as a Data Source in Policy

This is an enhancement to allow policies to be triggered using Document Metadata as a trigger condition. A new scoping source, Related Documents, is now available under Policy Trigger Conditions and follows the same layout as Related Product, allowing you to scope policies using metadata from either the Document Metadata data group or Document Requirement Metadata in Reference Data.
