Document Generation: Enhancements

A set of enhancements are now available in Document Generation, adding new data sources, editor reliability fixes, and expanded related-party coverage.

  • Risk Assessment data source — a new Risk Assessment data source is available to table components in Template Configuration. Administrators select which Risk Assessment task in the journey the data should come from using the new Risk Assessment Task dropdown on the Automated Document Generation task's properties, alongside Template Category. The resulting table lists each risk factor group, factor, and input value from the assessment, with rating, weight, weighted score, and algorithm available as optional columns. If the configured Risk Assessment task has not yet run, the table renders empty rather than causing document generation to fail.
  • Related Parties (All Levels) data source — templates can now surface a main entity's complete related-party network, not just its direct relationships. This new data source traverses the entity's full association graph and returns a row for every related party found at any depth, along with its level, path, relationship, and ownership percentage. The existing Related Parties data source is unchanged and continues to return direct associations only. Note: the 2,000 related-party record limit is a single combined limit shared across Related Parties, Related Parties (All Levels), and Investment Account Related Parties — not a separate allowance per data source.
  • Word content paste reliability — pasting content copied from a Word document into the Template Designer no longer disrupts the editor when the source document contains page breaks; pasted content now retains its formatting.
  • Loop Component files carried over by Configuration Exchange — a Loop Component's uploaded template file is now copied into the target tenant when imported via Configuration Exchange, so an imported loop renders using its configured template rather than falling back to the default loop template.
