ETL Agency Migration Journey Launch

ETL Agency Migration can now automatically launch Fenergo journeys for migrated Investment Managers and Underlying Principals once they have loaded, so that follow-up activity such as onboarding, Risk Assessment, Screening or Due Diligence can begin without launching each journey manually. Journey Launch is available now on non-live tenants and will be enabled on live tenants from 2 October 2026.

This release enables you to:

• Enable Journey Launch separately on the Investment Manager and Underlying Principal data types, from a new Launch Journeys tab.
• Select the Journey Type to launch, and optionally add filter conditions to control which records are in scope.
• Track each record's outcome — Launched, Failed, Skipped or Unprocessed — on the Launch Journeys tab, and reconcile outcomes using the Journey Launch report for each data type.

Journey Launch works as it does in standard ETL, respecting Journey Schema scoping and Journey Launch Controls. It is not available for Managed Relationships, Managed Products or Agency Associations.
