Ad-hoc Reviews in the Review Domain

With this release we have introduced a new control for dealing with ad-hoc reviews. This will ensure that updates to client profiles outside of the defined schedules will result in the correct updates to your review schaedules to stay aligned with internal policies and regulatory expectations.

Transitioning from Journey Schedules to Review Domain

As of now, clients that have been using our Journey Schedules feature to manage their reviews can transition over to the new functionality inside the Review Domain. This allows you to avail of the rich functionality including the Review Manager Dashboard, creation of reviews via ETL and more, see the review manager user guide for more information.

Static Access Layer Validation in ETL

ETL now validates static Access Layers referenced in a migration file during the validation stage, before any entities are loaded. Any Access Layer that does not exist in the tenant configuration is flagged as a validation error, so the file can be corrected before the load proceeds.

Advanced Reporting - Access Logs

Users can query access log data using the accesslogs table. This table provides a consolidated audit trail of user access across supported domains.

Access logs are captured for:

  • Entity records
  • Alerts
  • Alerted Transactions (transactions contributing to an alert)
  • Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)

Document Archiving

This feature will allow user's to archive documents that were incorrectly uploaded, which removes it from the available documents. Or allow the user to unarchive documents at a later stage to make available again. Documents can be archived from the Entity Profile Page, outside of a journey context. Documents that are already linked to mandatory requirements will not be archived until they are unlinked.

Quick Link Available Related Parties

When adding related parties to a product the user will now have the ability to select existing related parties that are sourced from the main client's related party list. This removes the need for users to re-search and re-add Related Parties at the Product level even when those Related parties already exist on the client.

ETL Entity Groups

This release introduces support for migrating Entity Groups through the ETL process in Fenergo. This enables the transfer of Entity Groups, including their hierarchical Parent–Child relationships and verified data, ensuring accurate reconstruction in the target tenant.

ETL - Date Parse enchancement

Increased the ability to transform 12 different date formats in datasources to dates in ISO 8601 so they can be loaded correctly to Fenergo.

Three additional formats are now supported:

  • yyyy/MM/dd (e.g., 2024/03/15)
  • yyyy.MM.dd (e.g., 2024.03.15)
  • yyyy-MM-dd (e.g., 2024-03-15)

ETL Product Documents

ETL Product Documents enables the bulk migration of regulatory and KYC documents into Fenergo, allowing documents to be securely uploaded, validated, virus-scanned, and linked to the correct product with the appropriate metadata and access controls.

Stable ID's for Stages

We’ve introduced a new optional Stage Datakey property on Journey stages to provide a stable identifier that does not change during Journey versioning or configuration promotion via Configuration Exchange.
