R&A Profile Versioning and Configuration Exchange Support

R&A V2 Profiles now support version control, and can be promoted between tenant environments using Configuration Exchange.

Administrators can now manage R&A V2 Profiles through a draft/publish lifecycle. Configuration changes are made in a draft and do not take effect on new journeys until explicitly published. Journey cases are bound to the profile version active at initiation and are unaffected by subsequent changes. A complete version history is maintained per profile, with every published and rejected version retained and viewable. Published versions can be archived, with the most recent non-archived version automatically becoming active. All existing R&A V2 Profiles were automatically migrated to a first published version on release.

R&A V2 Profiles are now also available as a selectable configuration type in Configuration Exchange, bringing profile promotion into the standard governed SDLC workflow alongside other configuration types.
