Configurable Status Chips in Global Search

Entity results in the global top-bar search now display all configured status chips that are indexable directly in the search dropdown. Previously, only the default "Client" chip was shown regardless of the statuses configured against an entity.

Where an entity has more than three configured roles, up to three render inline with a +N more affordance to surface the rest.

Journey and Task Completion Dates in the "Journeys" Tab

The Entity Profile Page Journeys tab now includes a Completed On column in the Journeys grid, displaying the date a journey was completed in DD MMM YYYY format. The column supports sorting, and a Date Completed field is displayed in the task status hover-over when a task is in a completed state. No additional permission configuration is required.

Document Loading on the Entity Profile

An enhancement has been introduced for the loading of documents on the Entity Profile for scenarios where a large number of documents are associated with the entity in profile. A "Preview" chip will appear in the "Documents" component on the "Overview" tab of the Entity Profile with first 50 documents available. A user can navigate to the "Documents" tab to continue the load of remaining documents.

Configurable Document Columns in the Entity Profile

Introduction of a configuration option to allow up to two additional columns to display in the "Documents" component in the Overview tab and the "Documents" tab in the Entity Profile. The Document Metadata data group provides the choice for the additional columns. To facilitate this there has been a change to the way Entity Profile is utilised within Configuration Exchange.

Documents V2 Modal in the Entity Profile

Introduction of a configuration option to enable the Documents V2 modal functionality when uploading documents via the "Documents" component in the Overview tab and the "Documents" tab in the Entity Profile. To facilitate this there has been a change to the way Entity Profile is utilised within Configuration Exchange.

Entity Profile Investment Account and Related Investment Account Tabs

To provide an understanding of the investment accounts related to an Investor or Fund entity in an Asset Servicing solution, two new tabs have been introduced within the Entity Profile. Verified investments accounts will display in the 'Investment Accounts' tab when viewed from an Investor entity profile, and within the 'Related Investment Accounts' tab when viewed from a Fund entity profile.
