Virtual Documents

Georgina from the Fenergo product team introduces the ability create a virtual document within Fenergo, meaning a fileless document that is a representation of a document that can be linked to items such as entities, journeys, document requirements and so on. Unlike a standard document model uploaded to the system, the file that the virtual document represents in not stored in Fenergo SaaS, and instead is stored elsewhere and can be accessed via a URL. Virtual documents can be used in most parts of the application where standard documents can be created and maintained, including some areas using v1 document components.
