Country Mapping by ISO Codes

Emma from Fenergo demonstrates the new Screening feature that allows users to define country names in their preferred format through the use of custom codes, without the need to adhere to Fenergo’s predefined list. In addition to Grid and WCO, this feature is available for any custom screening provider.

Virtual Documents

Georgina from the Fenergo product team introduces the ability create a virtual document within Fenergo, meaning a fileless document that is a representation of a document that can be linked to items such as entities, journeys, document requirements and so on. Unlike a standard document model uploaded to the system, the file that the virtual document represents in not stored in Fenergo SaaS, and instead is stored elsewhere and can be accessed via a URL. Virtual documents can be used in most parts of the application where standard documents can be created and maintained, including some areas using v1 document components. Please refer the user guide for the full list of areas and for further detail on this feature.

Conflict Resolution Overview

Georgina from the Fenergo product team provides an overview of the functionality within the Conflict Resolution task. The task provides users with visibility of entity data changes made and published in parallel journeys that conflict with changes made within the current journey, and applies to entity data of the entity in journey, entity data of associated related parties and/or associated product data where configured. Users have the ability to accept the latest data or retain the current journeys data. For more information, please refer to the user guide.

Field Level Custom Task Provider
