Client Name Placeholders in Outreach Emails

Outreach Emails 1–4 and the Delegated Authority email now support client name personalisation. Configurators can include {{entityName}} or {{entityFullName}} tags in the body of an email template — these resolve to the company name for Companies and to the first name / full name for Individuals at send time. No feature flag or toggle is required: personalisation is applied only when a supported tag is present, so templates without tags continue to render exactly as before.

Notify Journey Owner on Outreach Emails

Configurators can now optionally CC the assigned Journey Owner on portal outreach emails. A new Notify Journey Owner toggle on the Create Outreach Snapshot task (Task Properties → Details tab) gives Relationship Managers passive visibility of portal outreach activity without requiring Portal access. The toggle is visible only when Send Outreach Email is enabled, and is disabled by default for all tasks.

Products Task: Documents Support

The Portal Manage Products task now supports product-level document requirements. When enabled via Journey Builder, a Documents tab is introduced alongside the existing Details tab on each product, allowing users to view and upload required documentation as part of product onboarding.

Trader Portal: Extended Search Results Columns

The Trader Portal new request search results now supports up to 10 columns, dynamically driven by the fields configured in the category selected under the Portal New Request Details field in the Portal User Roles configuration.

Previously limited to 3 columns, this enhancement gives traders greater visibility of information when identifying the correct entity.

Safari Browser Support

This feature introduces support for Safari browsers in the Fenergo Portal, enabling full portal functionality for users accessing the platform via Apples devices.

Previously, the Portal only supported Chromium-based browsers, limiting accessibility for users on devices where Safari is the default browser. This enhancement ensures the Portal better aligns with modern user behaviour and device usage, delivering a more inclusive and user-friendly experience.

Products Task: Save Products

The Fenergo Portal now supports enhanced Product save and navigation behaviour within the Manage Products task. This improvement enables users to create and save products incrementally without needing to complete all mandatory data capture upfront.

Users can now save partial product drafts, and are only blocked when attempting to complete the task rather than during incremental progress.

Search Dashboard Entity Type Selection

The Fenergo Portal now supports Entity Type selection for Search Dashboards within the Portal Dashboard configuration section in Fenergo. This enhancement allows configurators to control whether Portal users can search and view Company, Individual, or both entity types within the Search Dashboard.

When a Search dashboard is selected, a new mandatory Entity Type multi-select dropdown is introduced, enabling more targeted and simplified search experiences.

Enforce Terms & Conditions Acceptance on Login

Tenants can now enforce that every Portal user accepts the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at least once, regardless of how the user account was created. This addresses scenarios where self sign-up is disabled and users are provisioned by a Fenergo user, meaning they may never see the Auth0 sign-up T&Cs checkbox.

Product Scoping Rules

The Fenergo Portal now supports Product Scoping Rules within the Manage Products task. This enhancement enables Portal configurators to control which existing products are visible to Portal users based on predefined scoping logic.

This ensures that Portal users only see products that are relevant to the current journey, business line etc, reducing confusion and improving the overall user experience
