Configurable Email Sender

The Portal now allows for the Email Sender within an Email Address to be configurable within the Portal Configuration section of Fenergo. Enabling this whitelabelling functionality provides our clients with a better brand-aligned experience for their Portal users.

This will apply to:

  • Outreach Emails
  • Delegated Authority Emails
  • Journey Cancellation (Trader Portal Only)
  • Verify Account Emails

These Email Senders are configurable per brand, meaning that there can be multiple email senders coming from the one Portal instance.

It allows configurators to change what displays before the @ symbol in an email address. Example: kyc@testmail.com

Note: This enhancement applies to Portal V2 Templates only.
