Enable Multiple Categories of Information on the Profile Page

The Portal now supports displaying multiple configured categories of information on the Entity Profile Page (V2). Depending on role configuration, users can view all relevant categories for each entity type (Company, Individual, or Other) in a clear, organised layout, instead of being restricted to a single category view.

Enable Multiple Roles to be Assigned

Portal users can now be assigned up to five roles, allowing them to access multiple dashboards within the Portal. This update provides greater flexibility and visibility across different dashboards while maintaining secure, role-based permissions.

Filtering Investment Accounts - Limiting Access

Portal administrators can now configure how investment accounts are displayed to Portal users with the introduction of a new Filter Investment Accounts toggle. This control ensures that users either see all onboarded investment accounts or only those linked to funds they are explicitly entitled to, improving security and oversight across dashboards.

Display Investment Accounts

This feature introduces the ability for Portal users to view investment account information directly from the Entity Profile Page (V2). This includes account data, documents, bank accounts, and related parties, all tailored based on Portal user role configuration.

Users with the appropriate access will see a new Investment Accounts tab on the Entity Profile Page (V2), enabling quick and easy role-based access to detailed investment account details.

Custom Fonts in Portal

Portal administrators can now configure a custom font family to be applied globally across the Portal UI. This enhancement allows organisations to align the Portal’s look and feel with their brand identity by uploading font files for multiple styles and weights.

Search Dashboard – Restrict Access to Entities

Portal administrators can now enforce access restrictions on the Search Dashboard, ensuring that Portal users only see and interact with entities they are explicitly permitted to access. If no filters are configured, users can access all entities retrieved from Fenergo. When filters are applied, users are strictly limited to entities matching their assigned filter values. Attempted access to restricted entities (e.g., via saved URLs) is blocked, and users are redirected to the Search Dashboard with an explanatory message.

Documents UX Improvements

Portal users can now benefit from an enhanced Documents V2 experience, featuring improved visibility of requirements, clear card-based layout and guidance, and a simplified view of outstanding documents. This all leads to a more intuitive and streamlined document submission experience.

Advanced Search Dashboard

The Advanced Search Dashboard introduces a new dashboard type in the Standard Portal enabling Portal users to search for Company and Individual entities using configurable filters. It provides a table-based search experience for investor-related data.
