Display Product Data from All Requirement Sets

This feature allows for the configuration of Product Requirement Set scoping conditions that support the Related Entity as a condition. It also enables the conditional displaying of Product Data (datagroups and data fields) based on scoping conditions related to both the Current Product and Related Entity.

Order of Categories in Data Task

Supports the toggle to customize the order of Policy Categories and Data Groups within Data and Review Tasks. The ‘Order Alphabetically’ toggle allows users to disable the default alphabetical ordering of Policy Categories, enabling a user-defined order. The ‘Order Data Groups by Category’ toggle allows data groups to be grouped within their respective policy categories within a data task.

Conditional Validation Support

Salesforce now supports dynamic validations for data requirements in Global Policy, allowing Salesforce Admins to apply conditional validations (e.g., mandatory, read-only etc.) to various data field types. This is supported on the Data task and the Related Party task.

Related Party Datagroups

This feature allows for the supporting of Related Party datagroups within Salesforce. It introduces this functionality for both Company and Individual Related Parties. Users will be able to add, edit, and delete these related party datagroups within Salesforce.

Virtual Documents

Salesforce now supports virtual documents. Virtual Documents represent a file that can be linked to entities, journeys, and document requirements within Salesforce. Unlike standard documents, virtual documents are not stored in Salesforce but instead point to a file hosted externally via a URL.

Business Narratives

Allows users to add and maintain detailed notes on client records from the Entity Profile Page in Salesforce, without creating a journey. Narratives have role-based permissions, ensuring that only authorised users can view, create, edit or delete them.
