Enables read-only Text Area fields in Data Tasks to automatically expand to show their full content.

Ensures that where there is only one acceptable document type, this will be set as the default "Document Type". Where the "Document Requirement" has two or more acceptable document types, the user should be able to select the appropriate option from the "Document Type" dropdown list.
